Dear Parents
Welcome to our school!
We are pleased to have you as a parent of this school and believe it has a lot to offer your child and yourself. Your child is now a member of our school community and that of course involves you as parents. Consider Inala West as your school and feel proud to be associated with it.
We commit ourselves to helping your child achieve the best possible outcomes in literacy and numeracy. We value our role in sharing with you the best interests of your child. Please join with us by being a regular contributor to your school and your classroom. We must work together to do our best for your child.
We’d like to see you often and hope you’ll come into our classrooms to participate in your child’s education.
If you would like to spend time helping with reading, covering books, supervising group work, etc please let us know.
At school, you are part of a special group of men and women who share the role of ‘Parents’. You share a common interest with every other Inala West parent - the welfare of our children.
Take advantage of the mutual support amongst parents in the school community. Now is the time to meet other mums and dads, enjoy their company, be reassured that others struggle with the same daily parenting issues - you need not be alone!
